“The Division of Conscience and Religious Freedom highlights the need for federal non-discrimination policies that protect LGBTQ individuals in all areas of life—from healthcare to employment.

This measure threatens the advancement of Business to provide LGBTQ inclusive healthcare, especially for those residing in rural areas who already face difficulties in accessing healthcare free from discrimination.[1]

Life saving treatment should not be reserved for those we like and agree with- all of us, no matter who we love, how we identify, or what we believe deserve safe and competent medical care.  Denying the most vulnerable in our country access to care in order to appeal to those who would defend their right to discriminate over the right of others to exist is abhorrent and unpatriotic.”
