Charlene Grabowski is the General Manager of Sales Force Excellence at GE Healthcare with responsibilities for sales distribution & deployment, compensation, sales enablement tools and learning & development for the US commercial organization.
Charlene joined GE in 1981, beginning her career in X-Ray Applications. For the next 20 years she held sales, marketing and commercial leadership roles in NYC, Minneapolis and the Baltimore/Washington areas. Her focus was always on business growth all the while keeping a keen eye on developing high performance teams and leveraging the strenghts of individuals.
Charlene left GE in 2002 and became the Director of Sales for the QuickBooks product for Intuit Company, the maker of personal and business financial software. She then became COO of Fusion Sales Partners a GE Women’s Healthcare Team partner.
Charlene rejoined GE in 2007 as GM of Commercial Learning and Development bringing a passion for “people and organizational development.”
She was promoted to GM of US X-ray and Women’s Healthcare business in 2009 with focus on Market Share and Digital Growth within the X-Ray business and a personal dedication to Women’s Health issues.
She was then advanced to a strategic role as GM of Sales Force Excellence focused on the changing healthcare environment and building the future sales organization.
She was most recently appointed to Region Sales Manager in the Rocky Mountain Region.
Charlene holds a B.S. from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York and is a Registered Radiologic Technologist from the University of Pittsburgh. She is trained as a coach in self-awareness curriculm and has brought the work to GE Healthcare. She is co-chair of GE Helathcare’s GLBTA organization and is involved in outreach in her community. Charlene and her partner Anne Hunt recently re-located to Tucson, Arizona.
