On June 26, 2006, Out & Equal™ Workplace Advocates moved to a new home. The move represents our growth and success; we've become a fully standalone organization and can now further our strategic plan while exercising our independence.
The Facts
Out & Equal is now headquartered in San Francisco's financial district at 155 Sansome, between Pine and Bush (view map). Complete contact information is available, so please uddate your address books.
The building in which Out & Equal now resides is the Pacific Stock Exchange Tower.
The Details

The building's ornate detailing above the main entrance serves as a daily reminder that LGBT people play an equal role in creating solid business relationships, and that we truly stand out when we bring our whole selves to work every day.
The Inside Scoop
Out & Equal's new home features a resplendid black-marble lobby with fixtures and wall sconces that resemble a glamorous 1940s-era Hollywood film set. Like the exterior facade, the grandiosity mirrors how workplace equality provides ALL employees with an exceptional environment in which to work.
The (Floor) Plan
With office space designed to meet Out & Equal's growing needs, the staff will be better enabled to communicate internally between departments, which will mean even more effective communications are headed your way.
The Need
Out & Equal's recent move is a strategic one that continues to rely on the support of our constituents, sponsors and fellow organizations and employees who recognize the need for workplace change and are commited to make it happen.
Consider how you or your organization might contribute to Out & Equal's year-round programming and outreach needs.
