Executive Forum Classes
SENIOR EXECUTIVE CLASS participants are high-level LGBT professionals charged with management and budget decisions for a significant business or function. They also have direct access to a CEO separated by no more than four levels.
EXECUTIVE CLASS participants are LGBT professionals who are on a career path to become leaders within their companies. They may be prominent employee resource group leaders with access to senior executives.
ALLY CLASS participants are executives who are seeking to act as allies to their LGBT coworkers and employees. They are high-level professionals and are committed to LGBT inclusion in the workplace.
YOUNG PROFESSIONAL CLASS participants are LGBT professionals in the first 10 – 15 years of their careers. They are on a career path to become leaders within their companies.
GOVERNMENT PROFESSIONAL CLASS participants are government employees who are on a career path to become leaders within their agencies and are committed to LGBT inclusion in the workplace. Must work for the government/military to be eligible.
