The 2012 Leadership Celebration took place Wednesday, March 14 at the InterContinental Mark Hopkins hotel in San Francisco.

Now in its fifth year, the Leadership Celebration recognizes those who have become role models and inspirations in the movement to achieve equality in the workforce. In 2012 we honored famed country music star Chely Wright, Golden State Warriors President and COO Rick Welts, and Houston Mayor Annise Parker. Pictured above in order.

Marga Gomez served as the evening's emcee, while Dance Brigade and Josh Klipp provided entertainment. The evening end ed with an inspirational performance by the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus.
