Goals for 2012 Executive Forum:

  • To affirm LGBT executives as visible leaders and role models in the movement for LGBT workplace equality
  • To inspire specific, action-based leadership on the part of the LGBT executives
  • To develop LGBT executives’ leadership capabilities
  • To establish and nurture a peer network for LGBT executives
  • To provide a personally rewarding, high-quality professional experience
  • To create leadership development, mentoring resources and partners for LGBT employees
  • To cultivate support and resources for Out & Equal Workplace Advocates
  • To create a pipeline for Out & Equal’s Board of Directors, ambassadors and sponsors
  • To educate and empower
