2012 Executive Forum: Executive Allies

In 2012,  the Executive Forum will contain a new program on the afternoon of Wednesday, march 14, targeted specifically for  employee resource group executive sponsors who do not themselves identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender, but whose responsibilities include serving as senior advisor to LGBT employees and advocates  for LGBT inclusion in the workplace.   The facilitated program will help establish the foundation for a network of senior executive champions for the purpose of exploring the responsibilities and challenges of the role, sharing best practices, and creating a global community of allies across business and industries.
