2010 Executive Forum Class Descriptions

The 2010 Executive Forum will feature two unique classes:

• The LGBT Executive Class is for high-level LGBT professionals with clear authority and discretion in management and budget making for a significant business or function within an organization. Structurally, executive class participants have direct access to the chief executive officer, separated by no more than four levels, depending on the size of the organization. Each executive class will include approximately 35 people that comprise an ethnically, culturally and geographically diverse group of participants.   
• The LGBT Emerging Executive Class is for those professionals who report directly to executive management with a career path that will result in significant authority and discretion in management and budget decision making. The Leadership Class will be an ethnically, culturally and geographically diverse group of approximately 25 leaders from varying industries.
